Prof. Koti John - Chairman PG Board of Studies, Department of Human Resource Management, Andhra University -  is the recipient of the most prestigious 'Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Best Researcher Award 2016-17', Andhra University Campus. Under his able supervision, one D.Litt, 20 Ph.D's, and 13 M.Phil's were awarded - which includes guidance to 5 International Research Scholars. He has authored three books, including the title – 'Dr. B.R.Ambedkar: An indefatigable Defender of Industrial Labour Rights in India'. To his credit, he has Forty-two articles published in National and International journals of repute. He has expertise in the areas of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Strategic Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Labour Legislation, Management of Discipline, Human Resource Development and Management of Unorganized Labour. An active leader, sportsman and creative Director of performing arts, he teaches Human Resource Management but, is a firm believer and practitioner of Human Relationship Management.
