EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT in Industrial
Sector
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT in Industrial Sector |
This book explains the different drivers and models that can
lead to a highly engaged workforce at all levels. Employee Engagement is not a
one-size-fits-all approach. Employees are the company’s driving force, forming
the engine of the company and engaged
employees enable the
company drive more smoothly.
Employee engagement is increasingly becoming more business
driven and is all set to be a critical business success factor in all
organisations, both in manufacturing and service sectors. Employee Engagement,
in a way, is created by the employees themselves, supported by leaders who walk
the talk, and by HR who foster their culture with the right tools – from
learning to rewards. The essence of engagement is to create a culture where
both individuals and teams feel valued and empowered. Most organizations seem
to be still struggling to get the basics in place to integrate their
communication strategy, drive cultural transformation and introduce an effective
social media campaign internally, allowing their employees to take ownership
and responsibility for their future.
